Call for Papers

The 2021 CCToMM Symposium on Mechanisms, Machines, and Mechatronics (2021 CCToMM M3 Symposium) will be held virtually from Thursday, June 3, 2021, to Friday, June 4, 2021, hosted by Ontario Tech University.

The CCToMM M3 Symposium accepts papers on subjects within the scope of mechanisms, dynamics of machines, applied vibrations, gearing and transmissions, robotics, mechatronics, control, machining, mechanical systems, space robotics, medical robotics, and biomechanics.

Full papers can be submitted to the EasyChair Symposium Platform as per the Author Guidelines section. Each corresponding author submitting a full paper will be requested to review two papers per paper submitted.

Author Guidelines

Full papers should be submitted to the EasyChair Symposium Platform as unsecured PDF files using the CCToMM template. Papers should not exceed 12 pages and should be formatted using the either of the following class files:

  1. LaTeX files
  2. Microsoft Word file

The deadline for submissions is February 12, 2021. All communications with the corresponding author of each paper will be conducted by email or with the EasyChair Symposium Platform. Updates, considering reviewers' suggested modifications, of accepted papers are due by April 16, 2021.

Reviewer Guidelines

Each corresponding author submitting a full paper will be requested to review two papers per paper submitted. Review will be conducted throught the EasyChair Symposium Platform All reviews are due March 12, 2021.

Registration

Registration is free to all CCToMM members! At least one author is expected to register and present the paper at the symposium. Non-member can register to CCToMM here.

Presenter Guidelines

The total allocated time for each paper is 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions).
